Residential housing developments, office developments, high-rise condominiums, hotels, resorts—including the Vino Bello Meritage—and fractional housing throughout California, Nevada, and Texas; expertise in real estate acquisitions, financing, project planning, and entitlements. Named a top 10 homebuilder in the San Francisco Bay area by the North Bay Business Journal in 2006, many notable developments have utilized off-site factory construction. Holder of CA Occupational Developer License, and a CA Manufactured Dealers License.

Al Whitehouse is SmartHomes’ Product Manager and has facilitated the construction of over 38,000 homes in a career spanning almost 40 years in off-site construction. Formerly Plant Manager of Silvercrest Homes, a leading supplier of manufactured housing, Al is one of the foremost experts in manufactured housing in the country.

Mr. Connolly is an experienced real estate executive having started his career in 1980 in Northern California. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, project design, feasibility, consultant contract administration, governmental and utility approvals, competitive bidding, construction management, leasing/sales, asset management of medical, office, shopping centers, muti-family and mixed-use properties. Mr. Connolly was director of development for over 10 years from Chelsea Property Group, a publicly listed REIT acquired by Simon Properties for $3.5B. He has entitled and been involved with development of notable properties such as Petaluma, CA Premium Outlets (204,000 SF), Folsom, CA Premium Outlets (109,000 SF), Houston, TX Premium Outlets (890,000 SF) Napa, CA Premium Outlets (180,000 SF). Matt also processed the design & entitlements of Napa Riverfront (175K) , a highly successful $75M mixed-use project along the Napa River which including commercial and retail space and 50 residential condominiums.

Mr. Gutchess has been involved in the design of manufactured housing for over 50+ years having started his career with Boise Cascade Manufactured Homes in 1972. Gordon services as the founder of Advanced Design Studios and is the design for Smart Homes. He serves as the overall design consultant of these units for planned developments in the Reno market. He has had multiple roles as a product designer and director of design & development including space & floor planning, component & exterior design for a number of notable manufactured overseeing multiple factories around the US housing companies including Kaufman & Broad, Fleetwood Enterprises, Guerdon Homes/American Homestar.

Robert is a seasoned sales professional with a diverse background in real estate, solar energy, snd the beverage industry. With a proven track record of securing new business and exceeding revenue goals. Mr. Devlin began his career in real estate, where he excelled in residential sales, producing over $58 million in sales. He takes great pride in building and maintaining customer relationships. Robert is a licensed real estate sales person in Calirofina and holds a California HCD sales person license.
